You must provide accurate information and protect your email, password, multi-factor authentication, and devices. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or permit unauthorized use. If you notice unusual activity, change your sign-in method and contact support@alive.org.tw promptly.

Third-party sign-in is only a method for creating, identifying, or linking an HHC Account. Unlinking a provider or deleting your HHC Account does not delete your Google, Microsoft, or LINE account. Users below the legal age in their location must use account services with consent from a legal guardian.

The content on this website is provided for general information, faith formation, and church ministry use. We try to keep information accurate, but event times, locations, downloads, and external links may change.

If website information differs from official church announcements, the latest church announcement or response from the church contact window should prevail.

Content marked as members-only, access-restricted, or requiring sign-in to download may be used only by an eligible account holder within the authorized scope. Without the Church's permission, you must not transfer, publish, reproduce, distribute, circumvent access controls, or remove or interfere with security identification information in a document. To protect content and address unauthorized distribution, the Church may, as described in the Privacy Policy, add account-linked security identification information to restricted documents and retain necessary issuance and review records.

A third-party outage, restriction, or policy change may affect sign-in or website functions. We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative where practical, but we do not guarantee continued availability of a third-party service.
